Can we set custom actions for multiple finger Force Touch?

The built in functions take advantage of 1, 2, 3, or 4, finger actions on trackpads on Mac. Force touch is also enabled for 1 finger actions. But Apple does not appear to have reserved any unique force touch functions for multiple fingers force touching simultaneously. (or for 5 fingers either)...

iPhone 11 Pro, Haptic Touch Issue

Hello, I just got my iPhone 11 max pro. Haptic touch is working fine on all Apple original apps (on screen, iMessage, emails, etc.). But it's not working on a few apps like Whatsapp and LINE. I can't take a peek into the messages that are sent to me. Does anyone have the same problem? I'm on...

    The Out-of-Touch Bar is a UI/UX disaster.

More than two years in and I have yet to find anyone who thinks this is a good idea. Time waster not a time saver; decreases efficiency and removes one-touch access to critical functions like volume and brightness control. Hidden sliders? Really? Look down, locate, touch to expand, locate the...

    iOS 11.2 and Haptic

Anyone else notice that new to iOS 11.2 is a small haptic when you swipe up to close out of an app? I don't believe that was there before 11.2. I can't figure out a way to make it not do it...

Problem with Apple Watch and an extra notification Vibration

I have an Apple Watch series 2, one of the things that I love about it is the subtlety of the double tap on my wrist to alert me of a notification. However for two apps, News and WhatsApp, I get the double tap and then an extra vibration which is as noticeable as your iPhone vibrating. I...

2017 MBP Trackpad - Is this normal?

This afternoon I checked a 2016 MBP without touchbar alongside my 2017 MBP with toucher. I was specifically looking for the difference in haptic feedback between the two devices. I found that the 2016 model has a slightly more clicky kind of feedback whereas the feedback from my MBP is less...

Apple watch notification vibration pattern issue

Hey everyone, so I'm having a problem with my Apple watch series 1 vibration everytime I get a notification. For sake of example, I'm gunna use the letter V to simulate the vibration pattern. Normally, when I get a notification, the vibration would go, "vvvvv vv vv" so one long vibration and...

    Haptic sticks/thuds??

Hey guys! This is really hard to explain but sometimes when my phone does a haptic feedback it feel as though it's sticking and it makes a click noise. (Imagine a door sticking due to new paint and when you pull it open it kind of thuds open doesn't it. Well, that's how my haptic feedback...

Trackpad / Touchpad issue on my 2016 15" MBP

Curious to see if this is an isolated issue or something anyone else has experienced. And hoping it's software since I was lucky to pick up the $3499 configuration at a store yesterday, well ahead of the 4 week estimate with my online order. For reference, I also picked up a non-touch 13" MBP...

Not getting usel to Taptic engine.

Can't edit title but it says "used to" Hey I've had my new regular iPhone 7 for about 10 days now and I'm still not getting used to the Taptic Engine home button. I'm using setting 3 and I just can't get rid of that obnoxious feeling pressing my thumb/fingers against a solid state "button"...
