iPhone Photos are stuck 'Downloading' when trying to edit a photo stored on my phone
Running 9.3.2 and trying to edit a few photos that are physically stored on my phone, and were taken with my phone recently. I do not have (and have never had) iCloud Photo Library on. When tapping the edit button, a message appears right in the middle that simply says 'Downloading' with a...
