Running 9.3.2 and trying to edit a few photos that are physically stored on my phone, and were taken with my phone recently. I do not have (and have never had) iCloud Photo Library on.
When tapping the edit button, a message appears right in the middle that simply says 'Downloading' with a circular status indicator that gets to about half way and then just stops.
I've tried taking screenshots, but the screenshots aren't saving.
I've seen this before for photos that are in a shared photo stream, but these are photos that I took with this phone just last week...and I've got iCloud Photo Library turned off.
Any insight to this? I'll try to snap a photo from another device.
