settings app

I found this app in my photos privacy & security app & ive googled & googled & I have no idea where it's from or what app its supposed to be called can anyone please tell me & how do I remove it? I added 2 photos for reference.

Ever since beta two, the settings for FaceID and Passcode are missing from the main settings app on iOS 17 on iPhone 14 Pro Max. Is anyone else having that issue? Even a search for it doesn't display the option.

What happened to Network Locations in that mess of a Settings app?

With this new fangled Settings, where are the Login Options hiding and especially the advanced one, where you can change user home directory, name, etc.? Search is useless.
