Ever since I updated my MacBook, I can't open Safari without it crashing, can't even click on a link. Something's also up with Spotlight Search, it keeps appearing and disappearing and it's sort of driving me nuts. Does anyone know a fix for this yet? I hate it. Also, my battery is draining FAST.

mds_stores is hogging up GBs of memory. I guess it's related to spotlight indexing. With every boot, mds_stores just stat up and eat up RAM. Doesn't happen when I keep spotlight turned of via terminal. How do I stop this without turning off spotlight? Already tried creating new index via Onyx...
