Well this is interesting, I think I remember reading about this back in the day. Someone listed a $10,000 Steve Job Action figure on eBay that Apples lawyers filed a lawsuit against. I wonder if the seller will get 10 grand for it.

That's an interesting dodge. They 'age' it and sell it as used? Too funny... Will it avoid legal attention? Stay tuned.
