Weather and stock complications have stopped updating on my Apple Watches again, as of the 10.3.1 patch. I have a Series 7 and a Series 9, and both are not updating. Rebooting the watches / associated iPhone doesn’t help. This was an annoyance in 10.0, was fixed in 10.1, and now it’s back again. Grumble grumble.
