12.4 Call Blocking

Sine I have updated to 12.4 I noticed my Call Blocking App Nomorobo is no longer in Settings --> Phone --> Call Blocking & Identification

I reinstalled the app but nothing. I had other call blocking apps but not using them that used to appear.

Is this a bug or did they move it and these apps never updated there info..
