iPhone 12.4 update stuck

I have tried updating my iPhone 8 to 12.4 and it looks like it has frozen before finishing.. Anyone else having problems?

My X says 12.3.1 is the most recent version available ... This is right after I successfully updated my Air2 to 12.4

Does the search function work properly on the Air2? Not in settings search but the ipad search (pull down menu)

After updating to 12.4 trying to enter the Siri and Search menu in settings is freezing my phone
