Hi,
I've been trying to watch tv+ with my ipad air (2014) before and it has needed 5-10 connection tries before it shows the video, but now it won't show even a home screen.

Anybody else have the same problem?

I know that ipad is 6 years old, but it otherwise works just fine.
This is why Apple should let userts to downgrade or fix the bugs with new releases of old OS to old hardware.
(My father's imac's s-video stopped working in OS upgrade a few years ago. At the time of upgrade, the OS wasn't the "current" anymore, so Apple's support just said: "We're sorry about this.")

Got another display to try? My guess is it's an EDID handshake issue.
Yep, probably is.
Because iOS12 is so slow with this ipad and you can't downgrade.
I'm connecting to ht-receiver and iP11 works fine, just refuses to show tv+ content every 3rd time...

I could try with this monitor, but won't watch tv anywhere else than my ht...
