iPhone 12 Pro 12PRO to 14

So I tried to preorder the 14Pro but my pre order got cancelled for whatever reason and obviously apple doesn't care (I mean why would they really so whatever).
I'm not in the mood to wait 1-1.5months but the battery in my 12PRO is a disaster. Shows 90% charge hold but in reality I'm already charging it mid day.
I don't really care for pro motion but I wonder if the cameras are much worse. I never use zoom.
What you lads think.
Downgrade, save a buck and life will go on or I will not be so happy?

nvm. Best Buy gave me $525 for my 12PRO ($105 more than apple) and I'm getting it on Friday.

No, I have the same plan on T-mo since 2015.
I just change phones.
FYI, I went to Best Buy and it took them 30 seconds to activate eSim. The whole process took maybe 5 min walk in -> walk out.
