When I scroll through the Settings app with dark mode, there is some sort of dark blue "screen tear"? Was wondering if anyone else had this.

This is from a fresh install without a backup.

Well I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same thing but when I scroll through settings with dark mode on I get a motion like effect in the grey background behind the text. Scrolling up and down quickly and it moves when I think it’s supposed to stay still.

This is not happening with dark mode off. It’s not a big deal but I find that a little weird.

I really don’t know if that’s normal.

I think we're experiencing the same thing, sounds like what I'm dealing with.

Well mystery solved! It’s called “oled smearing”.

There’s a recent thread about it here in ios13 forum. Take a look.
