iPad 13.4 mouse click and drag in Safari

When you mouse click and drag to swipe between screens from the home page to go back and forth is the action I used to go back and forth in Safari. That no longer works in Safari with 13.4

Also could click and drag a message in mail list to the left to get the delete/etc options.

Click and drag in Safari highlights text and in mail it pops the message out for slide over or side view.

I thought I'd read how you can get that back in the accessibility settings but danged if I can figure it out.

logitech pebble mouse.

Any ideas?

Loving it so far but cannot figure out how to tap and highlight text (have to physically click)
