iPhone 13.5.1 can't make calls after updating?

I can't seem to make any phone calls on my 7 after updating. A friend can't on either of his two phones, and another friend is not getting through to iPhone users even though she hasn't updated here own phone. These are the first two people I tried, so I'm guessing that there must be others.

Both of us are on T-Mobile. FaceTime audio works fine. Restarted phone and reset network settings. There seems to be a few threads on Apple's site with no solutions.

Anyone else having this issue or a solution?

Same problem here. My 8plus cannot make calls after last night's automatic update. (T-Mobile also)

Verizon and AT&T had issues as well.

Also saw some articles where issue might be with Level 3 backbones or shared TMo towers.
