iPhone 14 Pro Max 14 Pro Max battery barely lasted a day - 89% health

So today, the phone barely made it till midnight with 2.5 hrs screen time(video calls) and 3% until went on a charger.
All the evening spent thinking they are showing age with 89% health and not ready for night outs without a powerbank.

Then recalled that yesterday my charger was not near my bed, probably someone took it and I didn't charge it at all.
Ok, 2 days seems not so bad now - but i barely made it to a charger and have to sit on my laptop to post this.

I’m really starting to wonder if the heat generated by wireless charging is impacting battery longevity.

1 year, down to 89%, seems in line with others here.
But still gets me through 2 days of use on a single charge with 4-5h SOT, or 1 day with 10H sot.
