Hey all, got my 14 Pro Max (direct from Apple as I do every year) and stuck my Vodafone SIM in it. Everything works but mobile data is horrifically bad especially 5G which is more or less unusable.
I’m getting speeds of about 3mbps on 5G with my wife’s 13 Mini next to me (also on Vodafone) getting well over 100mbps.
Loading webpages or even streaming media on 5G is next to useless. But even 4G is horrendously slow.
I’ve reset my network settings and also wiped the phone and started afresh but no change. I’ve also stuck my SIM back in my old 13 Pro Max and the mobile data works flawlessly.
Before I ring Vodafone is there anything anyone can think of that I’ve missed?
