hello,

I had to replace my 15" MacBook Pro 2016 with a new model. This new MacBook Pro is struggling to download the 1.71 GB macOS update. It's been downloading for three hours and has another almost two hours to go. Is there a fix for this? I have even stopped and restarted the laptop nothing seems to help. I really don't want to go back to Apple with another issue...

What a mess this release has been....wow

Maybe return it and get a third one. Unbelievable.

In fairness it might be my internet provider. All devices are running slow at the moment. At least that's what I'm clinging to at the moment lol

Resolved... this was an issue on my end. the coaxial cable to my modem was bent pretty bad... so, not an Apple issue at all.

I was having the same issues in Windows 10 via bootcamp. I managed to get Wifi working by updating my router firmware. But bluetooth is still a crap. Simply does not work.
