Hi everyone.. recently upgraded from a 2012 15" Retina MacBook Pro. Surprisingly, my 2012 MacBook was still going strong, I was editing in Photoshop, 4K, and still no problems. I needed to "upgrade" because my Dad wanted to take my computer.
Since getting this 16" Pro, it's been nothing but issues. Every time I open the laptop it says "your computer has restarted because of a problem". I reformatted the computer and set it up as new, and I am still having the same issue every day.
The other problem is that I can no longer connect this to my monitor for HDMI mirroring. It connects, then stays up for 5-10 seconds and goes away. I've reset the TV, reset the computer, tried a different cable, port and a completely new adapter to no avail.
Does anyone have any advice? I'd really appreciate it.
