MP All Models 2008-2014 Mac Pro/Air seem built to a better quality. Can I rebuild chassis with components made today?

As stated in the title I find Macbook’s from around 2010 do you need more resistant, better quality, and produced to last longer.

not to mention upon using the keyboard it feels more gratifying and less likely to haves issues.
Would it be possible to buy a Mac Pro from today and replace the electrical components (hard drive and CPU) with that of what is in my 2013 MacBook?
