I'm jumping in also.
I have a Mac Pro 2009, installed this today, and noticed that my rear audio jack is dead (was fine before). Front one is working which is connected directly to my 29" monitor.
Anyone else confirm if your rear audio jack is working?
** EDIT ** Just played around with the sound in the control panel, just by playing with the slider (it was in the middle), now it works. I notice that you have to click the desired sound output to enable that output, i don't remember this before..!
