I'm 99% sure the logic board failed on my MBP. I'm fairly adept at this stuff but I'm still going to have it diagnosed.
Does anyone know if you can put the motherboard from the 2012 13" i7 2.9 GHz in it? They are priced the same, and a little performance boost would be awesome.
Edit: I'm 99% sure the logic board is dead because the battery button on the side doesn't work, and the MagSafe connector only lights up a tiny little bit. No response holding down the power button. I tried jumping the power pads on the logic board as well, to no avail.
