Is anyone running Folding@home on a 2013 Mac Pro? If so, what are your system's internal temperatures?

My 2013 Pro has cycles to spare, but at the same time I do not want to damage the system.

One factor is the OS you’re running, as GPU folding is not (currently) supported on macOS.
Running macOS only leaves CPU computing which the Mac Pros thermal core / fan handles with ease at moderate temperatures even at SMC defaults.
Further increasing the fan speed with 3rd party solutions like iStat menus or Macs Fan Control results in even lower temperatures.
