hey guys. Thought I’d reach out. I’ve had an ongoing issue for well, years with my Mac Pro. Having had almost every part replaced the Mac has a flicker on external display. Apple have now determined that the flicker on my screen is because it’s in a scaled resolution. However it doesn’t do it on their 6 core instore. I wanted to see if anyone with this same spec, with a 4K/5k display connected via display port only had this issue. I am positive this is an attempt to fob me off, but I’m afraid it’s now just proving to me even more that my Mac has a problem somewhere.

Almost the same config with the D700 but just 6 cores :-( scaled at 2048 x 1080 on an LG31MO97-B, no problems.
