Hi,

on my MacBook Pro 13" Late 2016 with Touchbar, the keyboard died.
There is no backlight and no button reacts.

Do you guys think I can participate in the service program ?

Visit an Apple Store and try your luck.
It doesn't sound like the type of issue the service program is about, which is keys mechanically failing, but who knows. Probably also depends on the Genius you're dealing with.

Also there's always the possibility that your issue is covered by another, non-public service program.

The extended warranty repair for the keyboard is for FOUR years.
You should still be able to get it done.

BUT...
DON'T put this off.
I suggest you make the appt (through the internet) RIGHT NOW.

If you snooze on this, YOU'RE GONNA LOSE.

There isn't much more to say.
