So, I purchased a macbook from one of my co-workers for school use, I purchased a 2018 15" i7-8850H 16gb ram macbook. I loved it so much but I decided to hand it back to him because I was so in love with the Macbook line that I thought might as well upgrade to a better one -- this brings me to the question is it seriously worth upgrading to the 2020 Macbook Pro M1?
Here's the thing -- I love the touch bar, although that's quite debatable upon mac users, I think it's aesthetically pleasing and can be very functional in some cases, so I'm aiming to buy a macbook with a touch bar.
He has an 2020 M1 13" I could buy from him, and I could also buy the 2018 Macbook with an i7-8850H, though it's a couple hundred ($300 I think).
Would it be worth it to invest into the 2020 for the couple hundred more it is? What's the pros and cons of each? Is it seriously worth investing..?
