2019 MBP Disk speed slower then 2018?

I saw on youtube higher disk speeds on the 2018 MBP! like 2600 Write en 2600 Read.

The image you linked to shows insanely fast disk speeds. There is always going to be variation due to specs, settings, configurations, etc.

Different size drives have different speeds. What’s sizes are being compared and what speeds do they return?

The image you linked is the typical disk speed of the 512 GB model. The 1 TB model has significantly faster write speeds (not that anyone would notice the difference). The 2 TB and 4 TB are both the same speed and are slightly faster than the 1 TB. Higher capacity SSDs are typically faster. They have more "connectors" or whatever.

I have the 512gb model. Even when I got the macbook when it was empty with only Blackmagic disk on it it didn't go above 1800mb write speed. Should I return this macbook for a new one? I am still in the return date.

No. Every 512 GB model has roughly the same write speed that yours has. There is nothing abnormal about your machine. Apple states that the advertised SSD speeds are "up to," not the same for every capacity. Furthermore, you would never even notice the difference. See my post above.

Raw read/write speed tests are pointless. As long as the 4k IOPS is up to snuff, that's where usability comes into play.
