Some folks have noticed that the black trim piece underneath the display is "wavy" or appears to not be glued properly.

Looks like the display cables the run underneath this trim piece are causing it to be wavy.

2021 16" MacBook Pro.
I have the same issue with my 14" too, also I noticed there is a soft cracking sounds every time I move the lid or the hinge, so not sure if this wavy black trim piece is making that annoying sound or not.
