2nd MBP...yellow tint or not?

Hi all,

I have received my replacement. it is a FW37 samsung glossy...the first one had a defective DVD drive...it was also a Samsung and the tint at the bottom was really low...
I would like to ask people who experienced the 1/3 yelow tint to give me their thoughts? It is a bit darker/yellow on the bottom...but nothing big like i have read...of course the more i focus on it the more i see it, the more i am pissed...
What do you think? have you seen much worse? would you keep this one based on the photos you see?

It is very hard to judge with help of those photos. At the one the backlight eveness is okay at the next it's awful. The white spots are overexposed by far.

I would say if you can't see issues without "focussing on it" or the help of others for determination then it's okay so far. Please don't cramp by looking for faults but use the notebook for things it's made for.
