The long and the short of it (videos below) is that for computationally more intense 3D jobs the Mac Studio isn't replacing a similarly priced x86/Nvidia workstation. For feature animation, broadcast, game development 80% of the work like modeling, sculpting, texturing, rigging, and early stage animation (which is 80% of most projects) the Mac Studio could be a good fit for a lot of people/studios.

If you have 250 people working in a studio and 200 can work on systems consuming 100W or less continuously vs. working on systems consuming 400W+ continuously the Mac Studios are going to make a HUGE difference for the studio, especially considering Macs generally can last 10 years or more.

Once you get to particles and dynamics, some lighting and rendering and lookdev it's time for x86/Nvidia. There are some interesting AI developments in animation that may require more more grunt but for the time being animation before getting to the LookDev stage (unless there's muscle sim).

The Mac Pro should deliver in performance, but I still believe a fork back to x86/Nvidia, in addition to Apple Silicon, is something that would pick up the level of compatibility that more creative professional users would want. (my Sony as potential MacOS licensee thread goes into it a bit)
