Not sure how relevant this is as I haven't been following the stock levels here in the UK, I just know there were plenty of people on Twitter yesterday whining about not getting their mitts on the latest shiny thing from our friends at Apple..
Carphone Warehouse on Oxford Street (the one at the very end, just round the corner from Zavvi next to Tottenham Court Road Tube Station) had "plenty" in stck ast night at about 8pm. So one could assume that they'll have some this morning.
So if you've gotten yourself out if bed nice and early for this very reason, you might want to give them a try.
