3g working great, YouTube not so much

I'm getting 600kbps on the speed tests (NYC). Pages are loading in a flash...but YouTube is still buffering the low res video stream. All of the videos finish buffering in seconds..so obviously it can handle a lot more bandwidth.

Is there any way to force the wifi quality stream in YouTube?
