3rd party iPhone manager

Hey,
I'm looking for a 3rd party iPhone manager and since there are more of them available, I don't know which one to choose and I felt like this would be a great place to ask. I'm mainly looking for overall quality (no failed operations, corrupt files etc.) but also privacy and security (want a service I can trust, don't want my data to end up in someone else's hands). Which one would you guys recommend? The ones I have seen mentioned the most are in the poll but if you know any other worth noting then feel free to mention them in the comments.
