iPhone 60fps playback issue

So I just tried recording in 60fps with my iPhone 6 running the latest version of the ios 9 public beta. When I playback the video it only runs in about 18fps... Has anyone encountered this issue?

No, but i would submit that issue using the feedback app. Could be a intermittent problem for sure.
