I'm just posting this to see if anyone else has experienced anything close to this.

It was sleeping, I hit the home button, and tried to swipe up to get the camera, and it wouldn't respond, so I swiped up again, and I noticed that the top fraction of the screen had a line of 'static' going across it.

It looked like it was shredding. It got thicker, and thinner. I hit the power button, and the home button again, and it was still there. After hitting the power button again, I was able to get the camera up, and took the picture, but I was concerned at this happening.

Is it the memory issue experienced at the beginning with the 6Plus? It's only happened once (so far), how can I get the impact of this to Apple Care to see what they can do?

Are there any tests that we mere mortals can do to try to diagnose the iPhone? Any logs to see?

Thanks all...
