9.3.4 and constant 'Apple ID Verification' prompts.

So I enter my password on my iPhone, and then on my macs, I get the message that 'Your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for iMessage and FaceTime on a new iPhone'.

What the freaking heck is going on?

This has happened numerous times since the update, and it's getting rather old. Have I been hacked? Has my iPhone, or Apple ID been hacked?

Or, is this a feature' of the 9.3.4 update?

Anyone else having this happen?
