i think I heard this will be built into the next version of safari, though is there any way to do this currently with safari or chrome?

Not without involvement of some other app and using a proxy as I recall.

Through WiFi yes you can kind of.

Go to your WiFi and change HTTP PROXY to auto and in the url type http://shinon.ca/ios/adblockpub.js

I will update this post when I find where I found the information on this site.

Yeah no worries. i have it saved on my notes.app. I really should update that version of adblock - a bit dated but still better than nothing
