Add my own app to the iPod?

How can I add my own iPod app I have developed to my own iPod just to show people?

no data on the iPod so it can be jail broken if necessary. Its just to test it, so I dont want to submit it to anything, Yet.

I have created a .app of the program following this tutorial ( http://ipodtoucher55.blogspot.com/2...d:+TheIpodTouchWeblog+(The+iPod+Touch+Weblog) )

I cant just simply drag the .app to the ipod as it gives me an error. How can I get it added? Is it a problem with the .app?

iOS apps have the .ipa file format, not .app
Try to export the file to a .ipa instead
