General Adding Unicode 8 to iOS 6.1.x device?

I'm curious if through a jailbreak tweak if it would be possible to add the newer Unicode to iOS 6.1 devices? My 2 current candidates are a iOS 6.x iPad 2 (may buy/downgrade one in the near future), a iOS 6.1.2 iPhone 4S or, a iOS 6.1.6 iPod Touch 4th Gen.
