Affinity Photo / Catalina - Can’t Save As to Folder Location?

I get this error message:

I can save there fine with other photos, but not this one.

Please help. Thanks.

Can you copy this file by drag&drop to this (or any other) folder?

I just can’t save the .NEF as an .afphoto
