You’ll need to work with a developer to tie the designs to backend code. Then you need to go through an app submission/approval process on the App Store to get it listed on the stores for download. There are XCode templates out there for apps that you can use to get started, or you can spend $100 to hire an iOS developer from Upwork or another freelance site to do the dev work for your design.
