This is a problem I have had with several versions of iTunes and several iPhones with different computers. It has finally worn me down.

Some of the songs on the iPhone will almost always recopy when I add new songs to the phone. For instance. I have 332 songs on the iPhone. I copy 1 new song, and suddenly 84 of the songs that were already on the phone, get grayed out and given a circle, like they are ready to be copied. And then do copy (or recopy). My new song doesn't copy.

Sometimes iTunes will just pick some songs and refuse to copy them. It will sit in "stand-by" mode, and as I mentioned above it will RECOPY songs already on the phone but not copy the new songs.

As I said, this has been happening for years.

I have tried turning off iCloud Music Library (as suggested by a website) but it doesn't really work.

Does anyone have a solution? Or, if no solution, a third party app that can copy and organize music files.

thanks in advance, Otto.
