My Airpods (2nd gen) microphone no longer works, any ideas what the problem is before I order some new ones?
Background:
1. Firmware is updated to the latest.
2. Removed/deleted from Icloud account and "re-installed"
3. The microphone's on either side do not work, I have tried this by changing settings and switching sides.
4. I have tried it on 2 iphones, ipad, and 2 computers. (all devices are up to date on OS software) Still no luck.
5. Out of warrenty
6. 2nd set of Airpods (2nd Gen) work fine no problem on all devices above.
7. Even tried on Iphone with different AppleID.
