Hey guys, the last couple of months my AirPods were unable to hold a proper charge and playback music for longer than 2-3 hours. I bought them nearly a year ago and that degradation during the last two months was extremely intensive. I took my AirPods too a local Apple Store (London Regent's), told them that the AirPods are not lasting 4-5 hours anymore, and they replaced both AirPods (not the case) free of charge, no questions asked, no tests made.
Super happy with this outcome, as it really became an issue the past month, having to charge my AirPods really often.
If your AirPods are not lasting long enough on a full charge - go visit your local Apple Store and get them replaced free of charge. Really convenient and thoughtful of Apple.
