AirPods - Losing connection to iPhone

Hi all,

Is anyone having issues with the AirPods losing connection to the iPhone while on a phone call ?

I spend most of my day on teleconferences and I keep having the AirPods disconnecting from the iPhone while I'm on a call.

It is very frustrating - and not sure if my AirPods are faulty.
