This morning I noticed a blue / green looking streak within one of my Airpod slots in the case I then noticed it on the bottom of the Airpod. Would this seem to be a battery leak from that Airpod? is this something that other people have came across? It does wipe away but it looks like there might be some corrosion to the bottom of the Airpod.
I bought them Christmas 2019, so they're not covered and likely Apple would say it was water damage or my fault, just wondering if this has happened to others and what the options might be. Possible to buy just one new pod?
