Over the past few days I've had a recurring problem with my AirPods, where they will hang on "connecting to iPhone" from the AirPlay menu, without ever actually connecting to the phone or playing audio. I've tried resetting / repairing the AirPods from the button on the case, this hasn't not fixed the issue, nor has resetting my phone, or disconnecting the AirPods from the bluetooth settings.
