I've just hooked up my 12" Rev D PowerBook to an external display and BT mouse/keyboard. Ideally, I'd like to run the 'Book in clamshell mode, but when I do the Airport Extreme card won't pick up the wireless signal from my Belkin router. Right now, I'm running dual screens and everything's fine. Why won't Airport work in clamshell?

Not 100% sure on this one, but i am pretty sure that the aerial for the the powerbooks runs to one side of the screen. If your signal is normally weak, then it maybe that because you are changing the polarisation of the aerial the signal can no longer be received.

You could check to see if that is the case by just moving to where you have a stronger signal i suppose. If not, then i don't really know.

Best of luck getting it to work!
