MP 1,1-5,1 Airport Wi-Fi card not showing up in system report

Hi, I have a mp 5.1 that I want to upgrade for continuity and airdrop functions. I bought a BCM94360CS card and a pci-e adapter to try it. I installed the card and reseted my pram/nvram. The bluetooth function is working, however, I didn't see anything under wi-fi or PCI portion of my system report. Can anybody help me on this? Is it a bad card? or how to I force to search for hardware change under macos? BTW, I have 10.13.6 installed.

I just found the card shows under the usb part. Still, I couldn't see airport card under my netwrok preference part.
