In order to use the AirTags Bluetooth has to be enabled.

I have it disabled on my iPhone since i can remember. Don't use AirPods, Apple Watch or Air Drop.

So i am wondering. With Bluetooth being disabled, am i locked out of the AirTags network? Meaning will my iPhone still be used to ping a location for other AirTags?

And most importantly, if i am maliciously tracked, will my iPhone be able to notify me about it? (Other than the own AirTags audible notifications)?

Thanks

I'm intrigued. Why do you disable Bluetooth?

Mainly to conserve battery and not have my phone be traceable if left in car etc.

But if someone could let me know if the pros are more than the cons i would consider changing this habbit.

Thats why i asked matrix07 above to explain.
