I have an Apple Watch SE (1st gen) that I wear during the day and a series 3 for sleep tracking. This generally works great, but in the morning, my alarm goes off on my series 3 that I’m wearing and on my SE that’s on its charger. Is there any way to make the alarm only go off on the one I’m wearing (the Series 3)?

Unfortunately, you can't have the watches dynamically change based on which one you're wearing. But you can set one of them as your sleep watch. On the watch go to Settings, Sleep, Use this watch for Sleep / Don't use this Watch for Sleep. It's a bit annoying that it's not dynamic but it has solved the problem of my second watch alarm going off when I'm not wearing it.
